Instructional Strategy
We began by developing a robust instructional strategy that aligned with the SCFHS manual. This strategy focused on making the content engaging and accessible, ensuring that practitioners could easily understand and apply ethical principles in their daily practice.
Raw Content Review and Benchmarking
Our team conducted an in-depth review of the raw content provided by SCFHS. We benchmarked this content against regional and international manuals to ensure that the code of ethics was comprehensive, relevant, and up-to-date with global standards.
Instructional Design
Utilizing proven instructional design methods, we transformed the content into interactive and multimedia-rich modules. This included creating branching scenarios that allowed practitioners to explore different ethical dilemmas and their resolutions. Our aim was to provide a practical, hands-on learning experience that would resonate with health practitioners.
Branching Scenarios
One of the standout features of this project was the use of branching scenarios. These scenarios presented practitioners with real-life ethical dilemmas, requiring them to make decisions and see the consequences of their choices. This interactive approach not only made the learning process engaging but also helped practitioners to internalize ethical principles.
Interactive and Multimedia-Rich Modules
We designed modules that were rich in multimedia, including 2D animations and interactive elements. This ensured that the learning experience was dynamic and visually appealing, making it easier for practitioners to stay engaged and retain information.
